1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Press Pilot Pro (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Press Pilot Pro provides tools for photo-booth and event operators to collect guest photos via QR-code upload pages, manage events, build and export print-ready magnet sheets, take orders, and capture marketing opt-ins.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Each account is a separate tenant. You may only access data belonging to your own account.

4. Billing and Plans

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription ($69/month) with a 7-day free trial that converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, and as a single-event pass ($19.99) with no recurring charges. Annual billing and AI credit packs may also be offered.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscriptions until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

If payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only: guest upload links are closed and new events are disabled until billing is reactivated. Existing data is retained.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, logos, designs, and other content you or your guests upload ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Content solely to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any necessary consents for the Content you collect, including guest photos and any personal data such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. You are the data controller for the personal data you collect at your events and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws.

Do not upload Content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that depicts minors inappropriately. We may remove Content that violates these terms.

6. Guest Uploads

Guests upload photos through links you share. You are responsible for how those links are distributed at your events and for informing guests how their photos and contact details will be used.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other accounts' data, interfere with the Service's operation, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Shopify (store checkout). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
